
The Rev'd Donavan Cain
Rector
Fr. Donavan Cain arrived at All Saints in July of 2013 after serving for two years as the Associate Rector of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Jacksonville. Before moving to Northeast Florida, Fr. Donavan served for three years as the Rector of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Paris, Kentucky, in the Episcopal Diocese of Lexington. Fr. Donavan received his Master of Divinity degree from the General Theological Seminary of the Episcopal Church in New York City, and prior to that, he served as a Lay College Chaplain in the Episcopal Diocese of Lexington, serving Episcopal student groups at Berea College in Berea, KY, and Transylvania University in Lexington, KY.
Fr. Donavan was born and raised in the Central Appalachian Coalfields of Eastern Kentucky, and, prior to entering into the ordination process in the Episcopal Church, he earned a Master of Arts degree in Appalachian Studies from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. Fr. Donavan is an accomplished traditional Appalachian musician, and he has performed Old Time and Bluegrass music, both solo and with the Berea College Bluegrass Band, around the United States and in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Combining his love for traditional music and for the church, Fr. Donavan has taught his Lenten series, “Dark was the Night, Cold was the Ground: A Lenten Sojourn through the Sounds and Landscapes of the Blues” in both Florida and Kentucky.
Fr. Donavan and his wife, Audrey, have three lovely daughters.

The Rev. Sarah Minton

Sarah Minton joined the All Saints staff in June, 2021. She earned her Master of Divinity degree from Duke Divinity School in May. Before moving to Durham, NC to attend Divinity School, Sarah served for 9 years at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Jacksonville, Florida as the Director of Family Ministries as well as the Parish Administrator. Prior to that, she served at St. Paul’s-by-the-creek in Jacksonville as the Minister for Children and Youth. During her time at St. Paul’s, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Christian Ministries from Florida Christian College.
Sarah was raised in Orange Park, Florida and is married to her husband, Steve. They have three daughters, Hannah, Leah and Norah.

The Ven. Mark Richardson
Archdeacon of Florida
The Venerable Mark S. Richardson was ordained a Deacon at All Saints on Pentecost Sunday, June 5th, 2007 and named the Archdeacon of the Diocese of Florida by Bishop John Howard on March 15th, 2021. Mark was born into a Navy family who lived along the east coast of our country until settling here in Jacksonville in 1960. He is married to Diane Richardson and they have two children, Jacob and Amanda. Mark is a graduate of both Florida State College, Jacksonville and Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. Mark is a retired police chief with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and a recently retired Bailiff Lieutenant with the Duval County Courthouse.
Along with serving at All Saints, Mark also travels throughout the Diocese of Florida to serve alongside Bishop John Howard.
